Everything You Need To Know About Your Prosper Juicery Subscription
Recurring subscriptions can be delivered weekly on Tuesday or Friday or bi-weekly on both days.
Remember to return your bottles each week!
- Go to the product page(s) of the juice(s) you would like to order weekly (example: Sweet Greens 🍏)
- Select the “Weekly delivery subscription” option
- Increase the Quantity to the amount you would like delivered each week
- Click “Add to cart”
- Click “Check out”
- Add your Zip Code
- Select your Delivery Date and Time
- Check out with your Billing iInformation
- Check your email for your Subscription Confirmation Email
Wanting 7 Super Greens 🥬 delivered each week so you can drink one a day? Great! We want to keep things fresh, so you'll be billed weekly, but we'll deliver bi-weekly. That means 3 delivered every Tuesday and 4 delivered every Friday.
Wanting 6 Classic Carrots 🥕 delivered each week to share with the family? Us too! 😋 If you're planning to share, we can deliver all 6 of them every Tuesday or Friday.
When you place your subscription, we'll reach out to coordinate your delivery schedule. Everything else will be managed via Recharge where you can add juices, skip deliveries, or cancel your subscription anytime with ease!
Upon checkout, you will receive an email with the subject line, "Weekly Subscription with Prosper Juicery" This email will contain a link to your custom ordering portal where you can manage your subscription.
We kindly ask that you return your bottles! Returning your bottles helps us keep our glass bottles in stock and our price point in line with other juiceries that opt for single-use plastic over glass.
Here's how it works:
Simply place your rinsed bottles in your cooler on your porch the morning of your next delivery and we will replace them with your new order. Back at the commercial kitchen, your bottles will be cleaned and sanitized.
You may manage or cancel your subscription by clicking "Manage Subscription" in your Subscription Confirmation Email.
Once inside Recharge's ordering portal, click "Delivery Schedule" in the header options.
From there, you can click "Skip" for the weeks you will be out of town or not home to receive your order.
