Is your juice cold-pressed?
Yes, our juice is cold-pressed on a commercial juicer with a hydraulic press. This extraction method is the slowest, most delicate method of extraction which reduces oxidation and maintains the natural integrity of the juice.
Is your juice organic?
Yes, our juice is made from 100% USDA certified organic fruits and vegetables. We never compromise with conventional.
Is your juice pasteurized or processed?
No, our juice is 100% raw and unpasteurized and never processed with heat or high pressure.
In the grocery store you may see cold-pressed juice in plastic bottles. These juices have undergone HPP which stands for high-pressure pasteurization to make them last longer on the shelf. HPP is a 3-part process that heats the juice to extend shelf life and kills at least 99.999% of the microorganisms in juice. The unfortunate thing is that it also kills off the life-giving, health-promoting raw enzymes.
The FDA requires unpasteurized juice to be labeled with this disclaimer:
“This product is not pasteurized and, therefore may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems.” Most people can safely consume fresh, unpasteurized juice. If you have a particular health concern, please consult with your doctor."
Do your juices contain sugar?
Our juices do not contain any added or refined sugar. But, yes, our juices contain natural sugars found in fruits & vegetables! We choose lower glycemic fruits to naturally sweeten some of our “greener” or “earthier” juices, like green apples in our Sweet Greens and Sweet Beets.
How long are the juices good for?
Our juices do not contain any preservatives or additives and are never pasteurized or processed to extend the shelf life. In order to get the maximum amount of nutrients, we recommend consuming the juice within 3-5 days. A “sip by” date is written on the cap of every bottle we produce.
Is separation normal?
Yes, separation is a natural occurrence in our juices. We recommend you "shake, sip, rinse, and return!"
Why door-to-door delivery?
Our mission is to bring health to your home! We operate a delivery business model with no delivery fees to make cold-pressed organic juice accessible and convenient.
We deliver on TUESDAY and FRIDAY!
Orders placed by Wednesday at 10:00AM will be delivered Friday.
Orders placed by Sunday at 10:00AM will be delivered Tuesday.

Your order will be delivered in a custom Prosper Juicery insulated cooler. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we suggest being home during your delivery window. You'll receive a text message confirming your delivery window the day before and another when your juice has been delivered. If you will not be home, please leave a cooler on your porch with ice or ice packs, and we will place your order in the cooler. Prosper Juicery is not responsible for missed delivery windows. Any juice that is not refrigerated upon delivery should be discarded after 4 hours.

Do you offer shipping?
We do not currently offer shipping. Due to the perishable nature of our juices, we only offer delivery in Celina, Frisco, and Prosper. Live nearby in Dallas, McKinney, or Plano? Send us an email at email@example.com to request a delivery day in your area or schedule a pickup window here in Prosper.

We kindly ask that you return your bottles! Returning your bottles helps us keep our glass bottles in stock and our price point in line with other juiceries that opt for single-use plastic over glass.
Here's how it works:
Simply place your rinsed bottles in your cooler on your porch the morning of your next delivery and we will replace them with your new order. When we pick-up your returned bottles, you will receive a code for $1 off your next order! Back at the commercial kitchen, your bottles will be cleaned and sanitized.

Where are the juices prepared?
Prosper Juicery has a home delivery business model that serves the Celina, Frisco, and Prosper area. Because we do not have a brick-and-mortar location, we prepare our cold-pressed juices in a commercial kitchen in Frisco, Texas as required by Texas law.
